Current Opportunities

CNC Machinist

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain CNC machines to produce precision components.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Perform quality checks using precision measurement tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues to ensure production efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC machinist.
  • Proficiency in G-code and M-code programming.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Quality Control Inspector

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Use calipers, micrometers, and other tools to verify dimensions.
  • Document and report any defects or non-conforming parts.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and address quality issues.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a manufacturing quality control role.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Production Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily production operations to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Manage and train a team of production staff.
  • Ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in manufacturing.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to motivate a team and drive results.
  • Familiarity with production management software is preferred.
