Our Diaphragm plays a critical role in gas pressure regulators, where its movement controls the flow of gas to maintain a constant output pressure. These diaphragm’s primary function is to act as a flexible element that deforms under pressure, which allows it to accurately sense pressure variations. These diaphragm also serves as a seal to prevent gas from escaping the meter.
Our Reinforced diaphragms are flexible membranes with a fabric reinforcement layer that provides strength and stability for use in pumps, valves, and regulators. Our Diaphragms are essential for controlling gas flow and pressure accurately, offering enhanced durability, flexibility, and resistance to harsh conditions like high pressure and extreme temperatures. Materials like Nitrile (NBR), 𝐸𝑃𝐷𝑀 are commonly used, bonded with nylon or polyester fabrics to create a durable, leak-proof seal.
