Established in 1974, AFC Elastomers has evolved into a leading global manufacturer and exporter of precision rubber molded and rubber‑to‑metal bonded components. Today, AFC’s expert solutions power industries as diverse as Gas Regulator & Meter, Valves, Submersible Pump, Bearings (Industrial & Automotive) and other customized Industrial applications .
From concept to completion, we deliver end‑to‑end engineering excellence—architecting custom rubber compounds, advanced tool design, Injection, vacuum and transfer molding, and vision-assisted automated inspection. Our 16,000 m² industrial campus near Vadodara houses scale Press metal Components, Rubber Compounding, Laboratory (Testing of rubber compound), Molding, grinding, trimming, de-flashing technologies all under one roof.
Today, we fulfill over 80% of our annual turnover from core sectors (pumps, bearings, gas regulators), while the remaining is driven by high‑precision, bespoke customized engineering solutions.
