AFC Elastomers operates a 1,50,000 sq. feet industrial campus near Vadodara, which houses all manufacturing processes under one roof, ensuring efficiency and consistency. The company specializes in a wide range of products, including:

These products are primarily used in gas regulators, pumps, industrial and automotive bearings, and other industrial applications. More than 45 national and international OEMs trust AFC for certified components.

The company’s growth is marked by continuous innovation, including the introduction of rubber to metal bonding in the 1980s, FDA grade compounds in 2000, and advanced injection and vacuum compression molding in 2008. AFC’s commitment to quality is validated by its certifications, including IATF 16949 for automotive quality, ISO 9001:2015, and compliance with FDA, ROHS, and REACH standards.
AFC’s manufacturing capabilities include in-house rubber compounding with a variety of materials like NBR, HNBR, and Fluoroelastomers (FKM), as well as molding technologies such as compression, vacuum, and injection molding. The company also employs automated post-molding operations like deflashing and grinding, along with camera based vision inspection systems to ensure zero defect components. Their in house laboratory conducts rigorous testing, including tensile strength, compression set, and specific gravity tests, to guarantee material performance and consistency.
